I have been accepted to both Emory and Duke, and it is coming down to crunch time as far as a decision goes. I have done a lot of research, comparing the two, analyzing their pros and cons, etc,. But, for any one who is in a similar position or who knows a good bit about either school, which school would you pick and why? Thanks

PS- I know there are some threads similar to this, but the most recent one was from 2010.

I guess I should also add some sort of explanation. I didn't apply to Duke so I can't talk much about it but i'm sure it's a very impressive program as well. anyway, I liked that they had a research component yet still placed a lot of emphasis on clinicals. I also felt that I could learn a lot from the faculty such as Dr. Kapasi who owns two PT clinics in ATL, something that I would like to do someday, that is, to own my own clinic.

I'm attending Duke. I don't know much about Emory, but I was accepted to other traditional programs. I chose Duke because I like the team based learning approach and that the didactic work is done the first two years and clinicals the third year. Compared to some other programs, Duke has a lot of clinical time which I like since I'm a "hands on" learner.
