Hello,
I am planning on starting a small practice and wondering about anyone's experience with EMR. I have heard about people using word documents and printing them out (NOT EMR), OEMR, and Practice fusion. Willing to pay but not too much... and would prefer something web-based or otherwise in the cloud, so I can access it from anywhere. Any input is greatly apprecaited!

I'd look into purchasing the cprs emr.....if you have any staff who needed trained on it, there is a rumor that there are training sessions available on it.
