so in a (non-meso) molecule with multiple chiral carbons (e.g. RSSRS-blahblah), would swtiching all the r's to s's and vice versa be the enantiomer (e.g. SRRSR-blahblah) ???
 
To prove this to yourself, draw a Fischer projection for something with multiple chiral centers (e.g., D-ribose). Draw a second Fischer projection next to it, but invert every center. It will become obvious that one is the mirror image of the other.
