Hi,
Can any one let me know the places where a neurologist can apply for neuro-endovascular fellowships. I am neurology resident here in US but I have done 3 years of Radiology residency in India.
Thanks for the reply.

You should have stuck with rads.....
Briefly, neurointerventional is offered to neurologists at NYU (p. kim nelson), UMDNJ (adnan qureshi), UCLA, cleveland clinic (anthony furlan), universitu fo alabama- birmingham and michigan state. you will have to be savvy with google to find the fellowship info.
They all require a 3 year commitment after having completed a neurology residency. And keep in mind, these are call intensive, some incorporating a year of neuroICU. Currently, there is no gaurantee of you being able to get privilages anywhere, given that all hospital-based angio suites are run by radiologists.
bon chance,

most neuro-interventional programs have started training neurologists, and I am sure they would definitely welcome a motivated neurologist with some rad experience..
