Having considered applying there myself perhaps a year ago I can tell you that if you intend to stay in Europe then go study there, if not then why would you want to do that? The optometry degree in England is a Bachelor's degree and not a Doctoral degree. You will have to return to the USA to do two more years. Certain schools have this such as NECO in US and Waterloo in Canada.
So unless you plan to leave and live in Europe or go to HKG then you should stay here. 🙂 Of course if you do go there I know someone who use to teach optometry students in the teaching hospital there.
btw mupreopt you cant open an office yourself lol!( maybe you should delete it bc it causes confusion to others) You are not accredited- you would be violating regulations if you call yourself an optometrist here if you got your degree that is not accredited here as KHE pointed out.
