hello SDNers,
I am planning to apply in 2010 cycle and wondering about English proficiency test.
I've been living in Canada for 8 years now, and because Canadian schools exempt you from writing English proficiency tests such as TOEFL if you studied in english speaking institution for 4 or more years, I haven't written such a test before.
Is the test score required to apply to US schools if your mother tongue is not English? Is there such an exemption existing as Canadian universities have?
Thank you for your input in advance 🙂
