can anyone shed some light on the rigidity of dentals schools' english requirements?
the reason i ask is that i took 1 writing seminar in undergrad, which fullfilled both my engineering and my undergrad writing requirement to receive my diploma. however the college counselors have informed me that this critical writing seminar (folkore 009 - personal narrative focused on critical thinking) does not give me automatic clearance to take, say, a second level english comp course at their community college because of the fact that it's a seminar. it requires a "challenge" to the system.
i plan on taking 1 other standard first level english comp course sometime in the next year. so will those two classes suffice as most dental schools' 1 year writing requirement?
any info or personal experiences w this is appreciated.
