Hi, I can't seem to find the answer to my question so I'll ask it.

How you enter in the LORs in ERAS for community physicians that wrote LORs. Obviously their name, but what do I put for the Author Title/Department?

...I'm at a small community hospital for my third year not associated with any large institutions.

Thanks for the help!

Probably something like "Attending physician/Department of Internal Medicine" or whatever. It's not a big deal.

From what I recall, almost all of the information you put in for the LOR is for your Dean's Office, and not sent (or just ignored by) to the programs. That is, as long as your medical school staff can figure out which letter to link in ERAS, there shouldn't be a problem with titles at all.

Are you at an American MD school? Where do students rotate entirely in the community for third year? Just curious...
