PTCAS states that you should "Enter each institution only once, regardless of the number of degrees earned or any gaps in the dates of attendance."

My question is, the community college I attended has THREE different sites. I attended one site for 2 years, and the other site for a summer course.

Do I enter these as two separate institutions because they are located in different areas? Or is it all considered one?

Thanks!!

I have the SAME exact situation! I entered both sites separately, since each location of the campus appeared separately on the list of institutions, I hope that's correct..

I agree with this. Some schools have multiple campuses listed in PTCAS and some don't. My main program had multiple campuses listed but the school I'm finishing prereqs at now didn't.

I'm glad I'm not the only one!
I think we do enter them separately but, it's confusing because I'm pretty sure your official transcript combines both sites into one!

I applied two years ago and had the same situation. Since the different campuses were listed separately on PTCAS, I listed them separately when I entered my coursework on PTCAS. However, I only needed to send them one transcript, which had all the campuses on it.
