According to the second law of thermodynamic,

I. entropy of the universe is steadily increasing.
II. entropy is a measure of system disorder.
III. spontaneity is accompanied by a decrease in entropy.

A. I only
B. II only
C. III only
D. I & II
E. I, II & III

the answer is D but I think it should be A because II is a true statement but it doesn't answer the question, II is just the definition of entropy, it doesn't say anything about the 2nd law of therm., the 2nd law of therm. is defined by these points:
1) heat moves from hot bodies to cold bodies
2)with every transformations energy becomes increasingly unavailable for work
3)tendancy of systems to increase their entropy
4) the potential energy of a spontaneous reaction decreases

now please tell me why is my reasoning wrong??
