So I'm having trouble trying to distinguish all of these pathologies that have to do with eosinophils...
Whats the difference between:

Loffler's syndrome vs Loffler eosinophillic pneumonitis vs ABPA??

AND

eosinophillic granuloma (Langerhans histiocytosis) vs. Hypersensitivity pneumonitis vs. hay fever??
