Epidemiology/Statistics on USMLE I

I was wondering if anyone out there (Big Frank?) could shed some light on what the best source to study for Epi / Statistics on Step 1. I've had some ridiculously detailed questions in this subject on Qbank. Are statistic/epi questions on the real Step 1 that detailed? Also, how many do people usually get?

I was thinking about just studying from the stats section in HY Behav. Sci. , I don't know of any other source.

I plan on spending a half day reading HY Biostatistics. I picked it up for 10 bucks and it looks pretty good.
