When I applied in ERAS, I chose the "No" option for automatically updating programs when new scores come in. I just got my step 2 CS back and would like to update my transcript, but I still don't want my step 2 CK automatically released when it comes in.

If I click "Update my transcript," does that just update with what I have now or do I become part of the automatic update group?

Correct. If you manually release scores, it only releases what is available at the time. So if you want them to know you passed CS but not your CK score (when it becomes available), release scores now.

Honestly though, is the fact that you passed CS going to make any difference? I would just wait for your Step 2 CK score before risking it.

There is no risk if his CK score isn't back. It's a simple situation.

If his CK score is back it will be sent when he re-transmits. If it isn't then only CS will be.
