What category of experience in ERAS do committee chair positions in residency go under? Is it Education, Volunteer, or Work? For the experiences sections, I definitely do not have 10 things to put in there (LOL) from residency, is it ok to put volunteer work and medical missions from medical school on there? If you did a chief residency, is it worth putting it under the "experiences" section, or just clicking the checkbox in the "education" section? Last, if you published an abstract, presented it at a conference, and then turned it into a manuscript, is that all one "publication" or can that go in separately?
