So I just found out that I answered “No” to the question asking if I can carry out responsibilities in residency.. despite checking couple of times, it happened. How bad is this, and any advice?

“Will you be a good resident?”

no
Lol .. anyway, I am not sure u understand the question..

it’s basically asking if u have a disability (and need any accommodations) in a nice way..

I called and fixed it anyway....

Uhh. Not sure. It may be prudent to email the program coordinators and say that there was an error on your application for programs you ranked. I'm not sure when match day is or when programs certify their rank lists - as long as that hasn't happened, I think emailing the program coordinators makes sense but maybe others can weigh in.

Will you keep us updated either way? Interested to see the outcome and might help the next poor soul it happens to.

I called eras and changed it ...

I'm assuming you've already gone on interviews and are ranking programs though. Maybe just email the ones you rank about it.
