I know some programs have deadlines coming up regarding complete applications. Do any of these programs require that we have our ERAS photo uploaded by these deadlines?????

No! To prevent discrimination, we can't even look at the photos until we mark you selected for interview. I don't know why they are put in at all, other than to assure us that the person interviewing is probably the same one we offered the interview to.

Funny. UCSD just wrote me an email today asking where my photo was and requesting I upload is ASAP, but they haven't offered an interview. HUH. Maybe a good sign that one is coming? Maybe just something for the secretary to bug med students about? Either way I'm scrambling to get it in. So much for losing another 5lbs! We'll see.

I'm just playing. While I could benefit from a 5lb weight loss, I have no intention of fasting over the weekend for my monday pic! However, if I'm headed to UCSD, with all those sunny beaches and california babes I better get ready.
