ERAS Recommendation letter question

This may be a stupid question, but I just want to make sure I did this properly.

I uploaded 4 letters of rec to all of the programs I applied to initially. For two of the programs I had a 5th letter that I received during away rotations. Because ERAS only allows you to submit 4 letters at a time, i un-selected all of the letters that had already been downloaded and only selected the new 5th letter. I assumed b/c the program had already downloaded the first 4 letters, they would still have access to them, as well as the new 5th letter. However now in my assignment reports it says both of these programs only have my new letter assigned to them. Does that matter?

Im guessing your 5th letter is the best letter so you should be okay

What you did should work, but it would have been better to de-select one letter, and add your fifth letter. You can probably simply re-select three of your letters.

No matter what you do, programs will have all 5 of your letters. de-selected letters are marked with a red X and marked "inactive", so now you have 4 inactive letters and 1 active letter. Better to have 4 active letters and 1 inactive letter, but again it will make no real difference.
