ERAS submitted on time, adding on programs later? How bad is this?

So, I found out about a few more programs which I really like and added them on just recently, even though my ERAS was submitted/complete before September 15th. I am assuming the programs I applied to just recently will be far less likely to consider me for interview?

Does anyone know if this is accurate? I make this assumption because there are interview invites coming in already and I'd imagine most of the spots would be filled up with late applicants being considered for review last.

just apply. each pd will have an opinion on late submissions. see what happens.

I applied to a program late and got an IV two days later. I imagine my regional ties had something to do with it though

Thanks guys, will see what happens. Nothing I can do now, I guess. Just wish I was well informed about these programs before. My fault for not investigating them.
