Anyone have an idea how to get past the submit page on the supplement to complete the application?

The page seems to pop up halfway through the app (apparently I have 50% or so of the app left to complete) and I can't press next unless I choose a yes or no. Wondering if I can choose "no" then return later and change back to "yes." Unclear if this choice is final. TIA!

The rest of the application is for research only, so it's optional to complete. Like, they're just including it so that they can collect research on it I think. I don't believe (?) programs will actually be able to see this section. Also, the wording makes it seem like you can go back and make edits once you submit (up until 9/19), but I'm not 100% sure on this.
