Where or should I put anything that I did as an undergrad?
I was heavily involved in my fraternity, and I also was a College Wrestler. Should I put that stuff under the Volunteer Section?

The advice that I was given was to put in significant academic awards or VERY significant other awards (e.g., student council president, olympic medal, etc.). If you do choose to put in the wrestling and fraternity stuff, I'm not sure that "volunteer" is the correct area.

Just my $0.02 - (Actual cash value $0.005)

I'd put the wrestling under hobbies or interests or whatever that section at the end is. Your fraternity could go there or under volunteer depending on what you write about it in your one line to explain why it's important enough to be on your cv.
