On page 397 of FA 2014 under Myelofibrosis, FA states that there are Teardrop RBCs and immature forms of the myeloid line. After doing the pathoma lecures Dr.sattar specifically states that a chronic leukemia/lymphoma or myeloproliferative disorder will give proliferation of the MATURE lineage and also points out megakaryocytes as the specific cell type proliferated in myelofibrosis. 20$ amazon gift card or am i just getting too caught up?
