Error in my application

I placed my neurosurgery classes in the "Other" section instead of "Sciences" section. I already submitted my application. I am hoping this does not count against me. The data entered is correct, however in the wrong section.

I think the whole point of verification with transcripts is to check things/fix errors such as this. For example, if you tanked those classes and specifically made it as "other" on purpose to not lower your sGPA they would fix it back to count as science.

I wouldn't worry, I had classes counted twice (not my error but AMCAS verification error) and it got fixed within a few days

They literally go through and mark whether you put in correct category or not (you can see once you get verified app) so if it actually is science they'll fix it back

Maybe the intent was to write "Neuroscience" and the program autocorrected to "Neurosurgery"? Or maybe it was a Nursing School class? I share your curiosity.
