error/typo in my destroyer orgo. help?

#5's question shows the acetic ester group (if it's even called that) para to the methyl group on benzene...

but then when you cut to the answers, suddenly the ester group is meta to the methyl! and there the answer is D.

can someone tell me if the answer would be different if the ester group were actually in the right spot?

I did notice that as well, although in question 5 B has the ester meta and in the answers it's shown ortho to the methyl. It's prob just a typo and the C-13 on that molecule appears to be the same either way, 10.
