so an annoying patient is angry all the time and keeps condescending you all the time....during the physical exam....calling you inefficient and whatevere
so what do u do

1) tell her that you need to do the physical to make the diagnose ...so she should cooperate

2) tell her 'you are angry and I dont know why'

Now 2 was the right answer........
I didnt pick it coz it just sounded weird.....I know UW is drilling in a concept
but wouldnt it be more appropriately worded as
" I see you are angry, can you tell me more about your concerns"

I mean if you say something like you are angry and I dont know why to a patient like that in real life

She would be like yes coz you are inefficient thats why you dont know!

am I being weird (highly likely) or is this making any sense?

c) bitch shut up, I'm just trying to do my job.

I woulda picked a) I guess, but would have to see the question.

that's a straight-forward b. You gotta ask them why they are angry so that they can feel free to voice their actual concern since it's not with your inefficiency generally.

lol thats the idea
may be i will post the entire question
but i just didnt like theway it was said 'you are angry and i dont know why'
i mean if the answer choice was something like "can you tell me more about why you are so angry"(typical ! I would have picked it instantly)............hmph lesson learnt though!
