.I have seen this questions before and was wondering what would be the best response..

.A patient is on life support but is brain dead, verified by other MDs, including a neurologist. She has no living will. Patient's brother says she would have wanted to be kept on life support. What do you do? .

Get a brain scan....If no blood flow, you HAVE to declare the patient dead.
