Question 57 on the 2004 AADSAS app asks you to indicate your ethnic id from a choice list of 7 (although choice 6 is 'Do not wish to report'). They only allow ONE choice.
What does a person indicate as their 'ethnic id' if they are "part white", "part black", AND also "part 'Hispanic/Latino"???
With the terms "white", "black", and "hisp/lat" being defined on the app itself.
No matter what one answers, IT IS WRONG. Or would that be, IT IS RIGHT!?!?!
ASSUMING ONE IS A MULTIPLE-CHOICE CANDIDATE,
Is there any advantage to choosing one in particular when applying?
I've read picking "Asian" might not be a good idea, and "Hispanic/Latino" may turn into extra bucks!
What do ya think?
