Ethnopsychiatry

To become a ethnopsychiatry you have to graduate:
1) - anthropology
2) - medicine-pshychiatry or clinical pshychology
..France, Italy, Spain - have the same way to achieve this specialization -or not?! (I know that in France at Faculty of Psychology - Paris 8, prof. Tobie Nathan is one of the famous ethnopsychi.)
..what about UK ? - (a psychiatrist form London told me that they/UK don't use the term ethnopsychiatry, but the "cross cultural psychiatry")
.. what about in Canada or US? (you need to have those two degrees?)

there are methods of treatment other than standard Western procedures, cross-cultural perspective ...
for ex. there is no "shamanism" or "spirit possession" in psyhiatry...
