Has anyone heard anything about when East Tennessee State University will be interviewing for this application cycle. The deadline for applications is tonight, but I thought perhaps they would send out invitations for early decision interviews before the regular applicants.

I talked with Dr. Owens, and I believe they are set for July. I can't remember the exact date.

Did she mention when they would be sending out the invites for the interview?
I never went into detail about that. How does the early decision part work? They mentioned it on PTCAS, but I couldn't see any other information. Im hoping for an interview, but I won't be hurt if I don't receive one.

Nvm... Just saw the post on their website. Anyways, what are your stats? I feel like I may be a little weak on my GRE for their program.

GRE: 149 Q 152 V 4.5 AW
cGPA: 3.4
pGPA: 3.0

I have about 800 hours as a PT tech in an outpatient ortho and sports medicine clinic. The part that I'm worried the most about is my pre req GPA. The average GRE scores for their accepted students isn't particularly high in comparison to everyone else. It's the last school I'm waiting to hear back from and no acceptances yet. It's been pretty nerve wracking waiting every day for that e-mail to come.

I feel your pain. This waiting game is starting to mess with me. I'm on a alternate list at a school right now. She said they usually review between 300-500 applicants every year. So hopefully we can make it to the interview process.

I just received an email for an interview, but it looks as if I will be turning it down. I hope you get into the program!!!
