EU Transfer?

I'm starting my second year of medicine at Semmelweis University in Budapest, hoping to transfer to Spain or Italy (from Hungary). Does anyone have helpful information about a good school, and transfers within the EU (before finishing 2nd year)? Thanks!

So far I've been suggested:

Italy:
Bologna - University of Bologna
Milan -Vita-Salute San Raffaele?

Spain:
Madrid - Universidad Europea de Madrid
Barcelona - Universitat Internacional de Catalunya

(Turkey - Non-EU Degree!)
Istanbul - Cerrahpaşa
Ankara - Hacettepe

The English program at Semmelweis is specifically accepted by California (http://www.mbc.ca.gov/applicant/schools_recognized.html) however no 'English Program' in Spain or Italy is, any thoughts about that? 😕
