I have the cliffs prep test for DAT ...in question 17 of the quantitaive reasoning p.175

Evaluate 3r^3-2s^2+t if r= -1, s= -2, and t= -3

A. -14
B. -8
C. 2
D. 4
E. 14


I keep getting A. -14 ....but their answer is C. 2....am I missing something here ..I mean
3r^3-2s^2+t ===== 3(-1)^3-2(-2)^2+(-3) which turns out to be

-3-2(4)-3 = -3-8-3 = -14.

Looks like a typo. Maybe they meant -3 + 8 -3? Only way to get a 2.
