I don't mean the obvious stuff.
My question is more about the less obvious stuff that can really affect your quality of life as a fellow.
Is there anything that, if you had it to do over, you would list as a MUST HAVE?
For example, no in-house call. Or residents that do the H&Ps and you just co-sign? Or decent housing near the hospital? Or ???
What do you think your program does that makes your life as a fellow better (or doesn't do that makes your life worse)?
