Evaluator on AADSAS Application

For those of you who have already turned in your applications,

in the LOR matching form section,

if your undergrad institution has a pre-health committee and writes one composite letter from all your LORs turned in,

whose name did you use to turn in your application?

I am guessing it's the chair of the committee, whose name I am to type in and turn in???

What did you guys do?

From AADSAS: About Pre-Dental Committee Reports: If a Pre-Dental Committee Report is being submitted on your behalf, indicate the name and contact information for the individual submitting the report. You do not have to list individual evaluators whose letters are contained in or appended your Pre-Dental Committee Report.

I think you're right. It'd be the person running the committee.
