Hi,

I am just trying to get the letters of recommendation sent to them so that they can upload it.
So, what do I need to put under evaluator's school/institution/business?
Do I put it like 'Medicine department professor at my school name'??

I just put my undergraduate institution that the recommender was affiliated with.

"XXXXXXXX University"

I forget how long you can make it but something like "Professor, Dept of ______, School Name" would be fine.
