The major universities don't seem to offer upper division courses in the evenings, but I work during the day. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

You could try the Science in the Evening program at the University of Maryland: http://www.scienceintheevening.umd.edu/courses.html It's located in College Park, MD, which is quite close to DC (depending on where you live).
