What is evidence based dentistry and its field of job please

Evidence Based Dentistry is not a job, it simply refers to using techniques, materials, and systems in order to complete clinical dental work that has a basis in research. Although personal experience is a form of evidence, I think evidence based dentistry relies more upon published and peer reviewed research.
