Evidence-based resources for pediatrics?

Just curious if anyone has any recommendations for books, websites, etc. that pertain to evidence-based pediatrics (physical exam, diagnostic testing, etc.)

I don't know if any single place to find this info but there are several good places....
JAMA The Rational Clinical Exam has some peds articles....http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/collection/rational_clinical_exam

There is the US Preventive Services Task Force http://www.uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org/recommendations.htm

Cochrane database...you have to search for the topic though.
"Pediatrics" publishes some new articles like RTC that are EBM
Pediatrics in Review has some EBM articles
