Hague Park Apartments are 1 block away from EVMS. I have made it to class in less than 5 minutes, which is great for those early morning classes. The rental is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pargue wood floors, lots of large closets for storage, and great views of downtown Norfolk and Mowbry Arch from the balcony. Heat, AC, water, electricity, and gas are included in the price. The apartment building has its own parking so you dont have to leave your car on the street. There is also a swimming pool at the apartment even though you wont have time to enjoy it. The atmosphere here is conducive to studying as many of the tenants are medical students.
