Hello Everyone,

I have Volunteer work and Shadowing experience in Dental Clinic in addition to tons of research experience.

What you would suggest some additional experience that would be helpful towards strengthening the application?

And, I would really appreciate if you could share some links or have any suggestions where I can find information.....

Maybe do volunteer work oversees to show that you really want to help people. Plus, you will be helping underprivileged people in poorer countries.

Here is one, it is Christian based that goes to poor countries and help those in need. Maybe this experience can give you something to talk about during your interview....
