I am sorry if I posted it in a wrong forum, I am just not sure where to post it.
I have started running (I am in a bad sape, never run before, not big on cardio. did some yoga in the past.) and have noticed that the next day my heart starts to beat faster and louder for a minute or so. Then it goes back to a quiet, normal rhytm.
1)Is it arrhytmia?

I can't run much, may be for 4-5 minutes, and even that is pushing limits- I have pain in my chest while running, not sure if it is heart or luck of oxygen causes it...
2)Is it normal?

I went to a family practitioner and she recommended to do a stress test, which cost 1400$ and is not affordable for me at this time, since I am a student...
3) should I stop running untill I do the stress test? ( which may be in a year, after I am done with school)

Too many variables my friend. Go to see a cardiologist. Lay off caffeine. You need to see a specialist.
