Simple question: So which one of you has/would sell an exempt narcotic? Is it legal in your state? If so, how do the rules differ compared to federal law?
 
Robitussin with codeine is the big one here. I've dispensed the manufacturer bottle labeled for OTC use... 4 oz and they have to sign/show ID.
