Hi guys,
My mom is a big proponent of exercising as it helps with studying (improves blood circulation). I have not exercised in like 2 weeks and she is pushing me to go to the gym tomorrow. My MCAT is on 01/29 (Saturday) at 1PM.

Anyone try this or would recommend it?

My dad, on the other hand is completely against it and wants me to sit at home and eat his cooked food. He says that I might damage my brain by doing something strenuous.

Thanks for any tips/advice.

I know I feel like my brain is faster after working out, which may be due to the release endorfins, which helps one create a better sense of well being.

So workout, and eat your dads food!

Don't exercise or eat so much that you will be sore and uncomfortable the next day. Also stay well hydrated so you don't get a headache in the morning...
