This may be a dumb question but what is an exit interview? Where you get to talk to someone (the dean?) about the weaknesses in your application?

Do all schools have this?

That is exactly what it is.
I don't think ALL schools do them, but if they don't most schools would be willing to tell you the ADCOMS reason(s) for waitlist/rejection.

the exit interviews at UNM consist of setting up a time with the dean and sitting down with your file and the ADCOMs notes and going over it to see where you need to improve and get personalized suggestions for upping your chances next cycle.
