“Last night in a New Jersey hospital ,Doctor Douglas Spiel orchestrated the first treatment of an ARDS patient ( presumed covid- 19 infection) with MSC placental exosomes in the world. 20 billion exosomes from Kimera labs were introduced intravenously shortly after emergent intubation. In 12 hours, the arterial blood gas oxygenation changed from 147 to 350 signifying miraculous improvement of gas exchange in lung tissue filled with inflammatory fluid.
Coronavirus leads to an upregulation
of inflammation yielding leaky vessels , subsequent adult respiratory distress syndrome and death. This is called a cytokine storm. Preliminary evidence suggests that pretreatment and even post treatment with Kimera exosomes will save countless lives. #COVID19”

Just Google Doug Spiel if you don’t know who he is. You fill find a lot about him. I won’t comment but I’m certainly interested in everyone’s comment on this. I’d love to know what hospital this took place in.

Based upon some experiences in China there is evidence that IV MSC's can reduce "cytokine storm" associated with COVID-19 pneumonia. IV stem cells are useless for almost all the things quacks promote them for except, possibly, lung disease. The cells get stuck in the lungs.

They're broadly anti-inflammatory so it ought to help, but I don't think it makes much sense over other safer things. I want to be wrong though.

he's in NJ. Ive worked with Kimera here in Miami closely, and have been told the same thing, but i dont have these types of patients, so i cant comment. IV MSC's do help the lungs due to 95% first pass.
