According to FA, both Pseudomonas and Group A Strep have exotoxin A, but it seems like their mech of action is diff. Exotoxin A for Pseudomonas inactivates EF-2, whereas exotoxin A for group A strep works similar to toxic shock syndrom toxin via MHC II. Can anyone explain that if they are still talking about the same exotoxin A? Many thanks in advance.
