expected subsidized loan amount

MY EFC is 16,500. I am attending a dental school that costs 37K a year for everything (tuition, room and board, instruments etc.). What approx. subsidized loan amount should i be expecting?? Thanks.

I would imagine you could still qualify for the full amount given the cost of your tuition.

Kim, the last year I got a subsidized loan (this year), it was still $8500.

Wise146 should be able to qualify for all of it ($8500). I guess my previous post made it sound like he could get 37k in subsidized loans, which he can't. 8500 in subsidized, max 28,500 in unsubsidized, the rest has to come from private or institutional loans.
