Hello! I am struggling to put my experience on VMCAS since they kinda overlap. I am currently volunteering in a veterinary medicine lab and we are trying to develop a new poultry vaccine, the main duties include cultivating bacteria, doing DNA plasmid extraction, introducing mutation etc on one hand, on the other hand, we perform health check of the chickens too. My mentor is a DVM from South America(graduated from not accredited vet school) and he is currently working on his master degree. I've also volunteered under a vet school professor who is a phd graduated in US & DVM from not accredited vet school. My duty was to assist in testing a device that predict dairy cow's estrus status by capturing vagina pictures and accessing body condition score and repro tract abnormalities. My concern is, should I classify them as veterinary experience, animal experience, or research experience? Or is it possible to fill them under both vet and research section?
