Experience Hours?

I'm applying to St George's vet med and am wondering how many hours I should have for working with animals before I apply? Also, what qualifies as experience other than work with a veterinarian? Should I include things done in high school such as 4-H activities teaching clinics?

i'm not sure there is a magic number for applying, but obviously the more the merrier. SGU really looks at that part of the application in addition to test scores and GPAs.

one of their admissions people or Jeffery Bates would probably be able to give you a better answer, but I listed all of my experiences with animals in my experience form (including things done when i was younger and pet ownership)
