Hi everyone,
I am a bit confused with the Works/Activities section of AMCAS. When I list an activity, I am not sure what to list for experience name considering I have already listed the organization name and experience type. For example, if I have a publication, I put the journal as the organization name but what do I put for experience name? Publication? But that's already the experience type. Just a bit unsure of how to approach this...

Thanks!

Some experiences have "official names" like "Summer Research Intern." If you have an experience without this you should just include a descriptive title. - Admissions to Medicine

Example: "Second-Author of Peer-Reviewed Journal Article Out of the Smith Lab" (you get 60 characters for a title, so feel free to add more information.)
