On ada website ,says we should know enough about " experimental cell biology"; what exactly they want us to know about?Is that the same as molecular cell bio lab techniqs like southern northern blot,frap ,ect? how we should prepare ourselves for this one?

i don't think u have to know techniques such as southern blot. those experimental q's are more like, if u do this, add this, or remove this gene, what will happen.
