Externship Suggestions?

Hi all,
I am trying to plan out my elective time during rotations. I had planned on doing a RAVS trip to increase my surgial skills but the schedules don't match up. Does anyone have any suggestions of similar organizations that operate within the US?

They have an externship program and a bit less rural than ravs. They are down in North Carolina if I remember correctly.

Thanks! That seems like an interesting program--just lots of paperwork to figure out...
